This is the second in a series of responses to pro-abortion politicians. In this spot, Fr. Frank answers the argument, "I don't want to impose my views."
Our response: This is not a matter of views, but of violence. The law is supposed to protect human life despite the views of those who would destroy it.

  • Its interesting any christian would be against abortion. Their god kills and order the killing of unborn and born children throughout the hebrew scriptures, so unless they're saying their god was wrong, how can they appose it?

  • Father, what do you think about mothers, daughters and wives who get raped? Would you suggest that the baby is raised?

Sixteen years earlier, he wrote: "In my thirty-six years in pediatric surgery I have never known of one instance where the child had to be be aborted to save the mother's life." Even Planned Parenthood's Dr. Alan Guttmacher acknowledged, “Today it is possible for almost any patient to be brought through pregnancy alive, unless she suffers from a fatal illness such as cancer or leukemia, and, if so, abortion would be unlikely to prolong, much less save, life.”

It is only in extremely rare cases that abortion can even be mentioned as a potential means of saving the mother's life. Former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, stated in a 1996 New York Times editorial that because of the advances in modern medicine, "partial-birth abortions are not needed to save the life of the mother" (1).

  • No one's pro-abortion. Shut the fuck up. It's pretty disgusting you think a fully grown female is worth less than a clump of cells smaller than a fly's brain.

  • @theDotGeek Odd then that the bible doesn't concur

  • @theDotGeek

    Could you elaborate?

  • @AsheIsTheRaven Well it would seem so since he created life.

  • @Liberalman35 Planned Parenthood has that view. Or why else would they set "Abortion Quotas".
