  • Mr Harley has been a means of entertainment for me from the early 70's, I thought his peek was the psycomodo until I heard this.. the arrogance has been replaced with humility and a certain understanding of the human condition..thank you Steven you have gone all the way.

  • Anyone who ever hear "Make Me Smile" would think Steve Harley was an awful singer. Now I realise he can actually sing quite well.

  • @gezburnz Yes, I know what you mean, was really wanting him to sing it too, never got to Holmfirth, but saw him at Buxton a couple of days before, awesome x

  • So so beautiful, I adore this song, its one to snuggle to your OH with and appreciate all you have with them. Sand with such passion too, never stop performing SH and CR x

  • Saw him live in Norway a few weeks ago. That I can recommend to everybody who has the chance! He and the band sounded awesome!

  • this song touches my heart for so many reasons, to think that he wrote this for his wife, the love and passion in the words that he is singing, its just amazing, soulmates...xx

  • And again thanks for posting.

  • one of the best songs ever written.

  • many, many thanx to the uploader....what an absolutely beautiful song.....masterpiece! was a bit gutted he didnt play this song last night at the holmfirth picturedrome (fri 4th june- 2010) but he more than made up for it.! :))

    peace. G.

  • Great stuff.

Does anyone know where TheBallroom posts of Steve and the band in Groß-Gerau 1994, have gone? Im totally lost without that version of Tumbling Down.
