@2kimani true, but he went beyond duty to save her life. and he did it knowing she was who he molested. by savingher life in situation hedid not need to he restored what was lost.

This scene is pivotal in the movie. Realistically, if the husband would have shown some opposition he would probably end up dead. It is important to note that his sexual assault does not trump him saving her life. His job is to protect and serve. In the initial scene he did nothing to protect or serve. Sexually unwarranted advances are degrading and unforgivable. Some men are not able to understand this unless they have been violated in that same way.

Any other "Outsiders" fans think that it is so wierd to see the man who played Dallas Winston - the tough, dangerous criminal- playing a cop? haha ironic (:

such a great movie. some of you guys seem to be taking the scene a little too personally but that just goes to show how film is such an emotionally driven medium.

r u a guy? And are u a cop? You said "we will awlays win..." Cause that woudl explain the stupid comment you just made. So if I have a bad day, i should go attack someone? I pray to god you arent a cop...And he should risk his life to save her after what he did.
@NYG1171
Having a bad day does not justify sexual assault.
