@AestheticFlavor I couldn't agree more. Dish Network advertises doing free HD for life under the circumstances that you use auto bill pay. Some customers are eligible for the same thing through DirecTV, we just don't advertise it. Call and complain about Dish's offers a little bit and you may be eligible for free HD with DirecTV. I think it's sad we charge extra for HD when everything is moving to HD anyways... There's a lot of offers out there that just aren't given unless asked for...
