All those steaks are primo cuts you rarely find in a regular grocery store. Usually sirloin steaks have way more fat in the them. Best bang for the buck? try flank steak

I love my beef. Flat iron steaks are very good for their price. IMHO.

Really I didnt know that. Here where I live in North Dakota, USA you can get a 16 oz sirloin steak for about $5 sometimes you can get it for like $3 when they are on sale. How much would the same steak cost in Euros?
