Would you please point out where in The Church's documents this doctrine may be found? I have never seen such a twisted personal comment about the sacred.

You can receive the most grace by receiving Holy Communion on the tounge while kneeling. Standing, and receiving in the hand, implies more of a "snack" than the auctual Body and Blood of Christ.
