I'm not actually sure if it's from germany.
But in the United kingdom they have these catalouge shops called Argos, which is where I ordered it from, I don't know if they were imported from germany or something, I clearly remember there being an age rating of 7+ years on the front cover of the box.
I actually thought the version I had was the version everyone had globally, till I saw some videos of the unsencored jakks unit in action.

Well ofcourse I'm talking about the censored version I have =P

To do the slide kick only hold low punch, block, low kick. You dont have to hold back.

Shadows pass by every time. This version is too easy.

When I bought this here in the USA,(for about $10, got it on sale) I wasn't expecting much...I just missed playing the original MK, and my Genesis was fried. (RIP). I was quite impressed with it at the time.Other than the PC version, this was the best home port of MK1 bar none. Graphics-wise it is a tremendous leap over the Genesis/Sega CD version, and the sound feels more complete. Even the MIDI-fied Music is good, as it is the original arcade tracks, just simplified. Pity mine is broke now. :(

I noticed the extra head in the Pit appears to be smiling somewhat. It's hard to be dead when you're smiling. :)
