no shit dumbass everyone knows how to lose a sidebar, just because you can right click, does not mean you have the knowledge to make a tutoirlal..btw btw erbody who's looking for some solution:
you can't speed up a comp with programs, unless the program deletes all your viruses, trojans, unneeded memory ect.
youcan remove things from system starup, along with a few other things, but that dosnt help much
If you really want to speed up your computer, reinstall, get a faster RAM or cpu chip,
