I am a runner and run an average of 4 miles 4 times per week...and your videos make me sweat! So I know they work good! haha. Love them. Will be doing them a couple times a week!

lovely video =D as awesome as ur first one! bt the problem is i'm so not good at doing burpees ='( i can do ur first video twice without ANY problem but these ''burpees!'' they r killing me. maybe it's because my arms r not strong enough.. ?? can someone please help me?.. btw i'm a 15-year-old girl.my weight is 99 pounds and my height is 156 cm .i'd be soooooo thankful if you can help me with it..

Hi, I've been doing both of your 10 minute cardio/aerobic exercise videos everyday for a week now. And I just wanted to say I love them, and I really hope you come up with more workout videos like this! This is the best workout I've ever done! and believe me I've tried lots of different workouts :P You're the best!
