You might be right. And im not arguing. But you know Icky Thump has the "White Americans, kick yourself out..." phrase in it. Its tough to tell.

No clue. I was there as well. And your right, he wasnt mad. Jack does everything for a reason so it must be something. Im thinking he did it on purpose to make a statement about the song. Why else would he have played it so early in the set you know?

OHHHH, thats why, I saw them at snowden grove in Mississippi a day after this concert and they didn't play it and I was wondered why, but they didn't play fell in love either

Ok,... I read a little and it seems that Jack does not want to be a part of any political music at all.... Maybe he thinks this song could be interpreted as political... I never looked at it that way...
