@asparch Let's see, I have a MS (Masters Degree) I have a CSCS(certified strength and conditioning specialist), I've had my work featured in magazines such as Men's Fitness, Inside Fitness, Maximum Fitness, bodybuilding. c om, t-nation, Natural bodybuilding and fitness, Physique magazine, World Physique magazine. @dragonode1 not sure if this is a joke or not, but protein is essential. It's more important than any other macro nutrient.

@jenevajones991 I believe that sugar feeds sugar. When I do low carb I get no sugar cravings. When i eat junk food, with lots of sugar i want more.

I eat 3 average meals a day and i have a 6 pack :)

Jimmy thanks a lot for the great vid bro. i am 28 now it's only after i starting eating this way that i saw results. like you say too many jackasses talking shit on the internet these days and even a few leaving smart ass comments on your vids. if you want to stay fat free you got to eat fat free. great upload thanks bro.

I have this terrible sugar craving, what do I do about that? Somehow, brown rice isn't gonna do it, unless I cover it with syrup.
