I was a survival of heart attack 11 years ago, 1998. There was a 90% blockage in right artery and 60% blockage in left artery. Two stents were placed in the two arteries to save my life.

This video clip is dedicated to my brother cause of death CANCER and my first cousin cause of death STROKE.

  • I just read that cooking with most oils, including extra virgin olive oil, becomes toxic. You should only use oils that can sustain high temperatures without breaking down, such as coconut oil. Anyone else hear of this? What brings me here is that I have Rosacea and believe that this toxicity from cooking with vegetable oil all my life (I'm 21 now) has caused the Rosacea.

  • Food should be made the way nature intended without intervention from man and it's industries.

  • Hey, awesome! You already ran this experiment! Awesome! Palm Oil is another long-used saturated oil that's equally stable and healthy.

  • After seeing this amazing video, people should throw away everythings with canola oil from their house; and stop going to restaurants until they don't switch from this bad oil to extra virgin olive/coconut oil.

    Great video!

  • This was very interesting. wow... I am glad I only use coconut and olive oils!!

  • @MGillDesign Soybean and sunflower are great replacements for canola =)

  • good! fry banana chips in coconut oil...like how its made in the tropics - kerala, india... delicious and healthy

  • Great demonstration.

I now only use coconut oil for all my cooking, baking, smoothies, skin care.

No more canola, peanut, sesame or other unsaturated, unstable oils.
