If you can't hear due to wax, I definetly recommend going to the doctors to have your ears syringed. The process is blasting warm water into your ears it just removes all the junk from inside your ear passage, and like withinspace said you will feel like your have superhearing powers

i tried to clean my ears with a q tip and the cotton got stuck and i had to go to the hospital to get it out
