People don't seem to care about the fun of a game these days... All they want is guts and shooting.
In short, if it's not rated M, they won't play it.
In my view, T games are the best out there. M games aren't all that great, they bore you faster than any other type of game, really.
(Don't reply if you're gonna flame me, it's only what I think.)

Also Tenchu 4, MadWorld and I believe Deadly Creatures might get the M rating or extremely close. Tons of T rated games including the very controversial Bully and you could use the motions for that game when it comes to violence. MadWorld looks like one of the most horrific games ever and I am really looking forward to that game.
