Talk about astounding. This is inspirational, i could watch this 100 times straight and still be left in awe. It is absolutely amazing and astounding. Beautiful photography. Wow. How long did it take you to take all of these? Also do you know Matt Hetzel?

Thank you very much. These photos were taken over the span of about 2-3 years. I've only lived in Alaska since 2003, but I've filled the last 5 years with as much exploration (and photography) as possible. I'm glad that you enjoyed this slide show.
I don't believe I know Matt Hetzel.

Brilliant photography; certainly worthy of comment. And I couldn't agree more about the incredible place in which we live. Kudos to you for capturing some of it so effectively.
