I need to change my pants now.

This is a lot more accurate to the genesis then my version, and it sounds better too.
I should pick up FL Studio some time...

@MetalfiendMN No reason other than the developers being incompetent/not giving a shit about the audio quality.
The Genesis could do magnificent songs, and the 32X was little more than an extension of it, so...

@NostalgiaSchmaltz Thank you for that information that me and every other Sega fan on the planet knew about for years. You must be very proud of yourself.

@kreeddem "Blast Processing" doesn't exist...it was nothing more than a term Sega coined to attract customers because Megadrive's processor was slightly faster. Even the commercial for it didn't make much sense; SNES had "fast" games as well.

You are god damn right.
You know, a friend of mine was working on a project to convert Doom 2 maps to 32x to the best of his ability. Quite interesting. He also made a "good" version of E1M1, much like this. I'd like to see it completed someday.

DeimosComaBlack actually attempted to recreate the 32x port using the PC version's engine, though I don't think he intends to finish it and release it anytime soon.
