this is a good point.. I started weightlifting late last year and was doing like 90% upper body and very little leg work for the first 6 months, I got decent gains but then when I started dedicating time specifically to leg exercises, I started seeing better overall gains.. makes sense, the more your train your body overall, the more test/GH is released overall.
