Bloc Party - Positive Tension (Guitar Cover)

Played along with the track. Now annotated to show exactly what effects are on when. Hope it helps!

I did this in two takes. Most of it is from the second take apart from the breakdown and solo because they sounded better the first time round.

Bits of it sound quite tinny because I'm currently using a crappy wee bass amp.

This is a bit rough but should get you going along the right lines. The strumming and fills take quite a bit of practice but once you've got it down it's a lot of fun to play - good luck!

how did you get the effect halfway through the solo with the fast phaser?

@Billytalentrocks666 It's exactly that - I just turned the phase rate up (to around 4 o'clock, I think, on an EHX Small Stone) and kicked it on for a second or so.

Die Gitarre ist ein US-amerikanischer Fender Telecaster - Ich würde definitiv empfehlen!

Ich hoffe, das macht Sinn - ich spreche kein Deutsch, so Google tut das für mich übersetzen.

i think on the the verses you need a little less phaser so you can actually hear the notes played but the delay is cool pretty decent cover :)
