@theheyseed Very typical Root story. I saw him many times. At one show the band starts playing with the curtains closed, 1/2 way through the song the curtains roll back and Root is sound asleep on a cot on the side of the stage. They played a whole set with Root laying on his cot.After the 1st set was over, Root wakes up going table to table bumming joints and lines, jumps up onstage with 5 joints lit in his mouth and proceeds to tear it up.He was such a great performer. RIP Root.

Saw him and the Sex Change in Georgetown, Desperados I think. Root showed up late and trashed. Stopped by the bar where we were drinking and told us he was gonna die on stage tonight, and we would get to see him Die Live! It was a great show, doing the Gator,
