I read what you said in the bible and it says, leviticus 20:26 and it says 'do not defile yourselves by any animal or bird or anything that moves along the ground.'Basically what it is saying do not associate yourselves with unclean people in general, it does not say anything about race. Deuteronomy is about israel being attached by nations larger than them and he did not want them interbreeding because of the simple fact they were at war with larger nations.
