Very much alive. Look, I feel GW got too moderate in dealing with Congress instead of sticking to core principals. He wasn't perfect . But he put America FIRST! Obama is an effective campaigner but he has an inability to govern. Obstruction is the word for Republicans, right? Well, what do yu think liberals have been for the past 40 years while accomplishing nothing? Both sides must come to practical solutions or else we're going to sink.

I don't know if that point was directed at me, but I don't bash Obama, and I'm an independent who has voted on both sides of elections in the past. And "intruding" precisely HOW? By keeping the military bases in Saudi Arabia that their government asked us to put there in the first place? You're gonna have to explain yourself on that one. Bush had been in office for 8 months when 9/11 happened--he hadn't "intruded" anywhere at that point.
