【材料】:蝦仁6兩、透抽半斤、芹菜、荷蘭豆3兩、紅辣椒、薑、蒜、鹽、糖、太白粉
【做法】:
1、首先將透抽從中間劃開去除內臟,剝皮洗淨後,再將透抽切花,再切片。接著將蝦仁去除腸泥。
2、再把蒜、薑切片,芹菜切段,辣椒去仔切段,太白粉少許拌水備用。
3、將蝦仁、透抽川燙備用。
4、接著把蒜、辣椒放入鍋用大火爆香後加入荷蘭豆、鹽、糖以及川燙過的\蝦仁、透抽一起拌炒,然後加入少許的太白粉水勾芡拌炒,最後加入芹菜關火起鍋,便可食用。
