i found it randomly in a raider out side thank god

radaways r nice2 keep in handy. in 1 big rusted container, u find a dead scientist next 2 "The big book of science". read that book and take the scientists radiation suit. it should help

Sometimes enemies can pick things up. Check any bodies lying around.
