FAQ: Email Segmentation & Remailing with Infusionsoft

Question: "Can I send separate my list by the people who did not open an email broadcast so that I can resend an email to the non opens?" -- This question is a popular question asked by Infusionsoft users.

Answer: The answer is easy, but it has a couple caveats. First, not all email clients will render the tracking pixel (image) so Infusionsoft (or any other email marketing provider) will not always report whether someone opened an email. One cool thing Infusionsoft does is show the click-throughs on links and even tell you which linked was clicked. Combining both pieces of data and the context that this info best reflects a trend, you can use this to send a follow-up message to people who MIGHT not have opened your email.
