Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got hot 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

@hrounds73 You know, Shakira also belly dances a lot in that video. I suppose she invented belly dancing too, then. ;) I think that class looks like it was a lot of fun. It looks great.

Can somebody show me a written document that indicates that the movement of Tanya Beardsley in the Hip's Don't Lie video belongs just to her and NOBODY NOBODY in the world can use them. Come on people!! Heather you are GREAT!! and keep doing a WONDERFUL job. In my opinion you are MUCH MUCH BETTER than many "ZES" outhere. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!

@SuperGreatcritic, I really like Heather, but I have to 100% agree with you. I had the exact thought. I know what you mean... you're not saying that the moves are identical, but that she borrowed the "aura" of Tanya's side to side, varied arm movements.

This is a stolen coreo from the oldest zumba video on youtube "Hips don't lie" by shakira is a shame that "Master Instructors" do things like this maybe they think that everybody is stupid and doesn't know about other videos.

@SuperGreatcritic WOW! You absolutely have no idea what you're talking about "SuperGreatcritic" (LOL).....
If you knew ANYTHING about choreographing a Zumba dance you'd know that instructors use the same basic steps to create different dances. I know the choreo ur talking about, by Tanya Beardsley, and I did not use the whole dance! Just the one beginning move she does that is found in millions of other instructors dances! Show me where theres another dance exactly like mine step by step!
