Can he get his own cecotropes? What do you do about that? He looks like a Fuzzy Lop. I'd be concerned about his long fur and the potential for wool block. I'd be diligent about grooming him well if he is OK with it. Helps get loose fur off him. Best of luck. Keep me posted.

@ambrosediva His head-tilt was caused by ear mites and a severe ear infection that was left untreated by his owners. If it had been treated right away as it should have been, he would be OK, but because it was left for so long, he will remain crippled for the rest of his life--he just turned one year old, so that means another 9-10 years of life like this. He is happy and healthy, so please know that he is not suffering! :o)

Thanks for the sentiment. We, and Ripley appreciate it. He is doing very well, but still no change in the head tilt. We are thinking of trying an acupuncture therapy that was recommended to us.

yes anything that will make his head go back to normal is going to be a dream come true for him i cant wait until he is fully recovered i hope soon a bunny deserves to have a full and happy life ! hes so brave and happy tho which is awesome ! when he gets better u shud deff get a video of him ! btw hes really adorable and cute !

We are ever hopeful, but have been told by two different doctors that there is not much hope for him ever recovering from the tilt. We'll definitely keep updates coming.
