Very nice, one of my favorites !
Brings back memories of when I played guitar in an acoustic folk harmony trio back in the early 90's.
I think what richardguitar1 meant to suggest below was adding a D major with an F# in the bass between the F and C chords after the E7. Makes for a nice 'Dylan-esque' style passing chord. (These are actual chord positions played, kapo or no kapo.
