Fight Night Round 4 is a boxing video game developed by EA Sports. It is the sequel to EA Sports' previous boxing title, Fight Night Round 3, which was released in 2006. Round 4 is expected to be released on July 1, 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Speculated fighters include Muhammad Ali, Winky Wright, Sugar Ray Leonard, Oscar De La Hoya, Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson, George Foreman, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao.

this game would of been so good if it wasnt for the fucked up controls

@tawoos10 and you say that why? ali was known for waring down boxers over a long period of time.... tyson was known for the shortest knockout records ever. all within the first round. Not saying ali wouldnt win, but i dont think it would be "easy".
In my opinion though, i think tyson would have the upper edge.
