  • Is it the same as creme puffs?

  • @Salir yes you are correct, Creme Chantilly is the traditional filling for Cream Puffs but you can use it for filling just about any pastry or topping on your favorite dessert!

  • would be helpful if he said what quantity it made.. same for the creme puffs recipe. I want to make a croquembouche with approx. 60 creme puffs but no indication how many puffs or cream chantilly I need to make for this many. :(

  • In Italy we make chantilly cream by mixing together a part of crema pasticcera, with two parts of whipped cream. :)

  • @hanadina123 Of course it melts silly! :) so does canned whipped cream and YES IT DOES MATTER!

  • If u add 1/2 cup or 1/4 ( depends on how much of a chocolate flavor u want) of melted chocoate chips (semi sweet or anything else) to ur made whipped cream u will get chocolate whipped cream YUM! Top it off with Cocoa powder
