i tried this jacket on yesterday, and was very impressed. i teach snowboarding, and this will be great for when its super cold, windy, wet.

@Sportbiketrackgear Oh i know, im an enduro bike rider and im just getting into full year riding here in Reno, it goes from 101* all the way to 15*. Ive been looking at something like this for a while, im moving to Texas soon though so ill be getting a little bit of a lighter jacket, still within the XDR series though.

@mastamuffin With three kids and the best wife in the world I do not get a whole lot of time for working out. For the biceps just one set (after a warm up) of straight bar curls and one set of alternate dumbell curls.

What's the difference between the XDR Shock and the Commander?

The Shock uses waterproof leather in the high impact areas. It also offers a little less storage as compared to the Commander. The look of the Shock is much different IMO as well.
