Go to Croctopus Chase and when you find Enguarde go back to the last blast barrels and go into them. Whenever you come out you will notice that donkey or diddy will be walking instead of swimming. Next, get off of Enguarde and hit select you will notice that your leader will be riding an invisible Enguarde then hit the a button and hold it you should be a blue donkey or diddy. It will take a few tries though.
