@Reelrecruits clearly your Masters in Exercise Science didnt really help you with basic comprehension. The aim of this drill is not to create force or power, it is to help with "functional mobility" and "decrease injury." I wouldnt really want to learn how to exercise from a person who merely claims to study it. I respect those who live it. "Living it" is when you practice, experiment, evaluate and have possibly a small community of likewise individuals to share ideas amongst.
I like her effort, however this drill does not create create power or force, take it from a person with a Masters in Exercise Science. If you want to create more power one word, PLYOMETRICS!!!!
