Now where do I get a steam siren without building one myself? I seen one that was built from solid brass with a copper horn but I'm not near equipt for building something like that or I would :/

showmans steam traction engines(the ones with the roof and lights)have them and i wondered how it made the noise

A lot of these sirens were on US Navy destroyers and ocean tugs and other ships. Sometimes you can hear them in the old WWII navy movies. There is a nice shot of one at the end of The Caine Mutiny with Humphrey Bogart.
