RIAT 2009 - French Air Force Dassault Rafale

Sorry I lose it at the beginning, had only just got into the airfield and was still trying to find a spot to film from when the Rafale suddenly took off. Had to drop everything and grab the camera and start filming in the middle of the static display. Was an awesome display from probably the best looking aircraft in service.

Rafale is much more agile and 1t lighter. He needs only 1s to do roll barrel :) I think that in dogfight Dassault Rafale would own Eurofighter Typhoon 2000. That's my opinion.

( typhoon is 75 % no- UK , from other nation, Jaguar is 50 % French , Tornado is 66,6 % no UK, from other nation )

even in WWI SPAD series were better than any uk plane

and dont forget who is THE aircraft europe makers ! airbus is in major part former aerospacial ! and a lots of EADS compagnies are also old French compagnies.

and French helped you a lot by providing to UK ( our allie ) important information and weakness to use against super etendard.

and mirage 2000 > all UK XX century aircrafts

and today Rafale > Typhoon like say former red arrows leader Peter collins and like we see in UAE [7-1]

( do you know a Mirage 2000-9 from UAE air force and piloted by a French had "kill" and F22 during air combat test in ATLC in UAE last november ?
