I suppose it depends on the mood, or the setting, but I have to admit, Joe Cocker's / Mad Dogs and Englishmen version is the gold standard.

I guess if you're alone, drinking Scotch, Diana's version is for you. But, wow, Joe Cocker wakes you up.
