1455 that sat on display. We was gonna get her going with alot of work but never happened. Does anyone have video of capecod railroad or of the steam engine? Would love to see them!

If that's the ex-B&M 6126 that got sold off to the Belfast and moosehead RR. I used to work for cape cod railroad back in the day along with my dad. We met them when they were still cape cod and hyannis RR. I grew up with them and met bay colony that hauls trash off cape. We met them when i was 2 or 3. So yea pretty much grew up with 2 railroads and worked for 1 of them. We had 2 running RDC-1's 6126 and 6143 which still survive's in Hyannis. Thats now 1001. We also had B&M steam B-15 mogul

There is a group in fall river that owns 2 of them, this may be one of theirs. The used to do excursions abord them. I rode one from buzzards bay out to the ocean spray facility, and then to hyannis and back to buzzard's bay. I think that was in 96 or 97.

About 50 years ago, when the New York, New Haven & Hartford railroad still lived, I and my sister took one of the Buddliners from Buzzards Bay to South Station, Boston and doing about 80 mph in some places. We got to Boston lickedy split. Then the Neponsit River railroad bridge burned. And then the New Haven went under. Bye bye nice ride.

Classic RDCs. Amazing that they outperformed their replacements. Is this car still running?

That car was there in Buzzards Bay for one or two days only back in 1993. I do not know what became of it after.
