how come you didnt put a white under base for the yellow? what kind of ink do you use?

I was trying to show that you do not have to put a white underbase all of the time. Depending on how much you are getting paid per shirt, you may find that the extra time to print the white, then cool and then do the extra color may not benefit you. If you notice, a lot of black shirts do not have a white base just for cost / production reasons. I was using QCM XOLB series inks in this video. However, they have been bought out. I think Union has "one stroke" inks that are similar.

@randyran13 i run a 6 color 4 station with the flash on the next head to my left and print to the left works for me all day no fan need has two heads to cool ( flash stay about 550 @ 5in off platen) just an idea

the problem with this video is that your flash is in the wrong place once you are doing more that one color you need a cooling head so you don't have to stop and wait for the shirt to cool.no a 4 color 4 station press 2 head away 6 color 3 head away depend on wish hand you turn better with.and a fan can drop away from the flash to speed things up if you are thinking about production.
