Drama sells, especially sex scandals (these fuel people's arsenal of topics to talk about at work and make them seem "more interesting"). Drama attracts drama queens, drama queens attract advertisers who prey on the weakminded, advertisers pay big money to the media with the largest audience. Media doesn't exist without drama, so what should be private is actually their meal ticket. Men of morals don't care to see this garbage, especially when it's being played up the way it is.

At 6'5" and 275#, I'm not often approached by unfamiliars, but this incredible "news" has become an "inlet" for people to strike up conversation with people they don't know about dramatic events that have nothing to do with either of us. The meek have all of a sudden begun to blossom and found their voice. Drama gets viewers (they need the material to socialize), viewers bring advertisers, advertisers bring money. Money keeps the media in business. Media needs drama to continue to exist.

Gentlemen, if I may add something here. It should be private, as it would be with any other citizen of the United States. However, the media will never let that happen. It all comes down to money and that truly is all it's about. Drama gets viewers, especially the weaker minded individuals with lack luster lives that are compelled to "inject" some excitement into their own lives. Since this story was released, I've been engaged by people I have never met about the story. Absolutely amazing.
