I've been driving for over 20 years & have gotten one ticket from a local town cop. So no, never a tix from a NYS Barney Fife Goober.

Please explain to me how the Connecticut State Police have 20x better benefits. Also explain to me why if all the NYS Police is good at is giving tickets then why is 14 of the 20 Connecticut State LOD's vehicle related?
