First Responder Training Model

BreakAway has developed a model for training first responders in disaster planning and recovery.

A simulation training model for teaching first responders to coordinate a multi-agency response to natural and manmade disasters was developed from the National Incident Management System (NIMS) protocol established by the U.S. Dept of Homeland Security. The end product, Incident Commander (shown here) is currently in use within over 30,000 public safety and first responder organizations across the U.S.

BreakAway is incorporating this model into the next major release of its mosbe simulation development platform. Integrated with mosbe's world building and scenario editing tools, this model will be a powerfully customizable training and rehearsal solution for organizations charged with homeland security objectives.

all I could see from this video is someone clicking around in a program... there was no dialog to explain what was going on... is this a downloadable program to help with First Responder training or what ??
