A quick update on what we've been up to. I'll upload some longer videos of various projects soon.

  • Hi

I've noticed from watching some of your videos that you have a Clarke planer and jointer. I am looking to buy one of these as they seem good value for money. I just want to know if you guys thought it was any good and if there is anything not so good about it.

    Thanks

  • @BillCo92 The 6 inch Clarke planer/thicknesser is definitely good value for money. The only obvious drawback is it's only any use for up to 6 inch wide stock. The blades are easily replaceable, and relatively simple to set up. No real drawbacks that I can think of. We do now have a 12 inch thicknesser too, as we needed the extra width for doing Brian's stairs. Hope this is of some use to you.

  • Did you claim expenses for this Bryan/Brian? :)
