The sad end of a great repository of all things related to recorded music. Record collectors all over the world considered this a Mecca. A few shops are left in the country like this, in New York, Chicago, and a few scattered locations, but none could exceed Village Music for it's stock, funkiness, priceless paper collectables and knowledgeable and somewhat prickly owner John Goddard. We shall miss it and him.
