Cow, Calf and Bull Moose in snow

We were up looking for Mule deer up behind Peachland and the Kelowna connector near Deer Lake when we spotted this Cow and her Calf in the snow. We filmed the Cow and calf and then went up the road to see a young bull moose and he let me walk right up to him.

Nope, it was 4 pt or better, and I only saw one four pt and it was not a safe shot...so I let it go...it will help breed more life into the area! Thanks eh!

Great SHOT! ...it was awesome to read about Peachland and the Kelowna connector near Deer Lake 'cause I know the area well. I've seen moose with their head lookin' over the fence while drivin' the connector : ) but not often : )
