We live here and love it. It's a great place to raise children. When people ask me, "Why do you live there? There's no freeway!" I reply, "Exactly!" (Actually, the 110 is very convenient. So is the 405. We are about 45 minutes from Disneyland, and about 30 from LAX.)

Wow, yes, this is a great place to live in, especially if it is within short driving distance to LA. Very beautiful and quiet and idyllic, while at the same time, u can just go to LA for a bit of fun and excitement. How perfect! How long would you take to drive to LA from here? Thanks for showing us this place!

@Rapprochement123 ! I've known many who live here and work and play in the city including one of my co-workers in the tour biz. Los Angeles at the San Pedro District (Los Angeles Harbor) is right beside the hill 10 to 15 minutes drive whereas Downtown LA is up the 110 freeway between 35 to 60 minutes away depending on the side of the hill and the time of day. Malibu would have been slightly better if it were not so isolated by the mountains, PV is more accessible. Thanks for the comment!
