Push muscles to pull muscle complexes are some of my personal favorite. By alternating push exercises to pull, the you muscles will not fatigue too quickly and you will be able to complete the movement.
The unstable push ups add a core aspect and same with the supine / recline rows.
The twist adds full body abs and core stability in this workout.
Perform 3-5 sets of 6-10 reps of each muscle building exercise!

PS. The young man in the video came in at about 170 lbs and now is FASTER and way stronger at 205.

@jhashey well i guess hes fairly tall. certainly doesnt look 205 though, i suppose thats a good thing then, means your lean?

@IhAvIk93 He is about 6'2 so I would say 205 is still a little small for his frame. Some more leg building and overall work should equal out about 210-215 ideally.

Awesome complex! Never seen this knee-to-chest inverted row variation :) "Liked".
Btw, maybe next time he can just flip around right in the power rack, from row to pushup :)
