This video is about a very talented boy in 2005!
At the time, he was only 14 years old. His name is Robin Schlotz.
The following description is quoted from 52sport6469's comment "The aria was NOT performed in an official concert, but on a TKC Eltern-Tag (a kind of internal exhibition entertainment for the boys´ families). Robin was NOT forced to do it, but came up HIMSELF with the suggestion to try to sing it, as a sort of extra item, as he more or less in secret had learned it by himself, and wanted to see if he could do it in public. According to people who were present that July day of 2005 it was a great and pleasant surprise to everybody, even boss GSG himself! "

This young chap can sing most of the notes precisely, but he's struggling fiercely to keep up with the tempi set by the conductor! He will be ruined it he continues to be trotted out to do this piece often!

Yes, Moreschi was the only castrato singer ever recorded. And obviously not the est. Farrinelli it is said to be the best castrato male soprano

He's not nearly as good as an opera soprano. He doesn't hit the right high notes. With that said it was entertaining.

I'm aware of the first possibility and the second fact, that Moreschi wasn't a good castrated singer, simply the only one which we were left recordings of.

It's so true. I'm a mezzo-soprano and I'd give both boobs to be able to hit that high F.

He can be countertenor without castration. And Moreschi did not have such a good voice.
