@drayanair I do have a potty mouth and it's something I'm trying to work on. I just ask that people look past the cursing and look more at the message. If cursing is what turns a person's ears from a topic then they must inspect themselves a little further. No one should allow their strict judgement to prohibit them from actively listening to what someone has to say, curse words involved or not.

At the age of 11, I was old enough to see BET for the trash that it was, and have never turned back since then. On the other hand, there is a better example for black people seeking entertainment and that is "Centric" or "TVONE". Don't give up hope, but BET needs to be banned. period.

I know I'm late. But omg to all posters here you have know idea. I live in Canada and we also get BET streamed here as a basic channel. My family are 1st generation Ghanaian immigrants and they fucking HATE the channel. Visiting my parents home over a holiday. My father had a wtf moment one time as a "video vixen" resembled my eldest sister. He went into a "old timer lecture mode" about black american plight. This shit is not attractive on a North American scale and doesn't help us at all...
