He could have been shot on sight. I love your hypocrisy in claiming that we had to honor bin Laden's civil rights and give him a fair trail, but it is okay to waterboard KSM over 140 times. What about his civil rights? The US (and it is the nation, not Obama) broke no laws in the take down of bin Laden.
