  • @morgannicgregor The number of women who died through illegal abortions was grossly overstated according to the co-founder of NARAL, Dr. Bernard Nathanson. Heck, most of those back-alley abortionists went on to become tax-paying legal abortionists!

Btw, no church ever ruled in the US.

  • If liberals believed in settled law, they would know that the constitution was influenced by natural law & religious freedom, then gay marriage is not supported by the US, they would say "the right to life" means what it means in our constitution. If liberals believed in settled law, they would know that the railroad retirement act of 1934 by settled law should have struck down the social security act. Liberals only believe in settled law for their views. This is not progressive. This is hypocrisy.

  • @morgannicgregor

The Supreme Court will NEVER overturn Roe v. Wade. They had their chance in 1992 with Planned Parenthood v. Casey, where 8 of the 9 Justices were picked by Republicans, and the 1 Democratically appointed one, Byron White, voted against Roe v. Wade.

  • Oh, yes, let's go back to the days of illegal abortions where many, many woman died or were permantely harmed.

If they do, women will revolt in the street. It would be massive discrimination against women if they would be denighed birthcontrol and/or abortion. We will NOT go back to the DARK AGES where the church ruled things.

If you don't like abortions, don't have one. And support equal pay for women and decent, affordable health care.

  • I hope they overturn roe vs wade.

  • Judge Sotomayor can definitly state that the "right" to kill is in the Constitution, but cannot answer for a certainty about gun rights, property rights, racism, and foreign law governing us. How pathetic. Our rights are God given, the Constitution is to RESTRAIN government from tresspassing on our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Without the right to life, there can be no liberty, without liberty there can be no happiness. Stand up America. Where is the spirit of P.Henry?

  • I heart Dianne Feinstein.
