I watched this video: Virginia Governor Says Gays Don't Need Legal Protection From Discrimination (ThinkProgress2) and in his own words McDonnell doesn't consider sexual identity a protective class? What the hell? IF it wasn't a protective class than why the hell would they have made the law in the first place.

This says two things about Bob McDonnell 1) He's probably a homophobe 2)He's an asshole.

And I realize that I feel strongly about this topic........
